Good Work Collective uplifts member owners with training and support for public speaking, and acts as a speakers bureau for all things OD. We get our community in front of youth, educators and communities to share the value and importance of OD mindsets.
Through this work we seek to connect more people to our practice, and create greater opportunities for growing interest in what we do for those who want to become a part of our field and for those who want to hire our people.

Each person brings unique knowledge and experience to their storytelling, and keen insight into what it takes to work for the collective good. Faith Addicott is a dynamic and results-oriented consultant with a deep passion for organizational transformation, systems change, and community healing. Because I'm passionate about supporting people in their communication, I do not shy away from facilitating difficult conversations in groups, including social justice, coalition building, health, civic and community engagement, equity in criminal justice, systemic racism, anti-racism, and mental health. The stronger our communication, the stronger our relationships can be across every area in our lives. I'm completing my doctoral studies in Organizational Psychology, where my focus is on Effective and Sustainable Engagement.
